Connect? is the starting point of KLESIS curriculum, designed to help participants decide if they want to deepen their relationship with God through the local congregation. It is intended for those outside the church, those on the fringe of the church, those who have attended for years. The focus is on the Eucharist in order to help participants to make sense of their experience of worship.
Bishop Cederholm describes Connect? this way:
Connect? is a gift to parishes who wish to educate, form, stir up disciples in Christ and further God’s mission in the world. It is inviting of persons who are inquiring, seeking, and interested in community. It is an important first step toward understanding and answering Jesus’ call to us. Rooted in Anglican theology and our sacramental life, Connect? is an excellent course for persons new or not deeply connected to the Episcopal Church. _—+Bud Cederholm, Bishop Suffragan, Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts.
